Carers ID/Concession Card

You can use your Carers Card for emergency contacts, to alert others you are caring for someone who may need help back at home.

You can also use this card to get discounts or free entry at the theatre, swimming and museums etc. Most concessions are dependant on you accompanying your cared for.

Get into the habit of asking if there is a 'carers concession' at other venues, this will differ from place to place but it is worth asking every time. You should emphasise that you are accompanying a person unable to attend without your assitance. Please contact us if you are given a concession so that we can let other carers know it is available to them.
