Information, Advice & Outreach Service
CARES provides an infromation & advice service to Sandwell carers through a telephone helpline. A computerised database of information is available on subjects from aids and adaptations to visiting services. Specialist welfare rights and benefits assistance is also offered. CARES undertakes home visits (when needed) and outreach sessions in various locations throughout Sandwell.
