Carers Consultation Network

NEWCIS is contracted with each Local Authority to consult with Carers when planning services. In each County, NEWCIS is a member of a multi-agency group that develops services for Carers and feeds Carers views into planning processes. NEWCIS has Carers Consultation Networks that allow Carers wishing to join, the opportunity to become involved. Carers can comment on documents such as policies, strategies and proposals for services by attending meetings or one off events and discussions. Alternatively these can be sent out by post or email and Carers can send their comments back to NEWCIS. NEWCIS would be delighted to hear from any Carers wishing to join the networks. As network members Carers can be involved as much or as little as they want to be.
