To organise and supervise all aspects of the delivery of services to carers and professionals contacting the carers centre and at Outreach Surgeries in hospitals, health centres and clinics etc, throughout Pembrokeshire.

Co-ordinator

To work in association with the senior staff member to be responsible for day to day management of carers centre and initial contact with clients referring them to appropriate staff for action.All aspects of admin work within the centre.

Alison Silk

Young Carers worker

Liaising with schools and other professionals to identify young carers. Offering listerning support,help with problems and working with the Activities Facilitator to offer outings and entertainment as a break for young carers.
