Outreaches
Outreach sessions offer general information on a wide range of issues including services and benefits and duty staff and volunteers can arrange an appointment for you to have an in-depth consultation with senior staff, either at the Carers Centre or in your own home
Hospital outreach sessions are particularly beneficial to people about to become a carer for the first time and can also provide invaluable information to carers whose caring duties have altered or intensified.
Regular Outreach sessions are held in the main corridor at Withybush Hospital, Haverfordwest on Monday and Friday mornings and Wednesday evenings.
Similar sessions take place at South Pembs Hospital, Fort Road, Pembroke Dock, on the first Tuesday morning and third Thursday afternoon of the month. We also attend Tenby Hospital every Tuesday morning from 10am - 12noon.
