Information Stands
Each GP Surgery in Denbighshire has information about the local organisations that can provide support to Carers. In most Surgeries there is a Carers Information Rack which has leaflets from a variety of different organisations that can provide help, advice and support. This can include local voluntary organisations, Social Services, advice on Benefits and so on. There are also information points at all the community hospitals in Denbighshire and in Glan Clwyd Hospital.
