We are sad to announce that Leonie will be leaving the Team after many years of being involved with Kennet Carers.Over the years she has been instrumental in setting up new projects such as making our presence known in surgeries, developing volunteer roles and more recently expanding the very popular Parent Carers Group. She will be sadly missed and we all wish her the very best for the future.
