Carers Focus Group
A group of Carers who meet once a month to discuss issues affecting Carers in North Wiltshire. The Carers Focus Group feeds into the country's Commissioning Structure and directly influences decision making for future services across Wiltshire.
Membership consists of Carers of older people, people with learning disabilities, people with mental health issues, people with physical impairment and parent carers. There is also staff representation at each meeting and Carers Support North Wiltshire facilitates the group. It is hoped to arrange alternative venues around North Wiltshire as the group becomes more established.
