Carers Support Service (Regis, Chichester & Rural)

Covering the western part of West Sussex, including Bognor Regis, Chichester and District the CSS provides the following services:

One-to-one support and advocacy for carers
Free counselling and complementary therapy
A free telephone call back service
Specialist help for people looking after someone of working age with a mental illness or early onset dementia
Specialist help for people looking after someone with learning difficulties
We organise regular, free social, training and information events for carers
We administer a local Short Breaks for Carers Fund
