Carers Support Officer

Kerry is seconded from the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead Adult Care Team to work jointly with the Princess Royal Trust Carers Service in the Windsor and Maidenhead Borough area. Her work will include completing carers assessments and reviews of carers services currently in place. She will also be advising carers of support and services available locally from Social Services and from the voluntary sector.

Sessional Young Carers Activities Worker

DJ works part time supporting young carers in the Royal Borough of Windsor & Maidenhead. He is based at Highview in Maidenhead. Tel: 01628 777217.

Hospital Family & Carer Support Worker

Carol has joined us us on secondment from the Royal Borough of Windsor & Maidenhead. The
focus of Carol’s job is to identify and support new carers within hospital settings, specifically
before discharge.
