Emergency Card Scheme
This scheme helps Carers have a greater peace of mind over what would happen in the event of an emergency. The wallet-sized Emergency Card alerts others to the fact that they are a carer and that there is someone who may be reliant upon them.
There is also a Personal Information File available which contains information about the person they care for. This can be left in a prominent place in the home and the card can be used to explain where the file is kept.
