Advice and Information
Any of our Carer Support Workers will visit you at home, or arrange to meet you at the Centre or a community hospital by appointment.
We will support advocate role or in providing a listening ear. This is our core work and our staff concentrate on this area of assistance for all Carers.
Carers Identification work is going on in all GP surgeries within our area.
