Time Out Group
Time Out Group is a monthly group where Carers meet informally to enjoy a variety of topics of interest to Carers then enjoy a light buffet, a chance to chat with other Carers, learn something new and have a little time out for themselves.
Carers have commented how much they enjoy this social and educational evening and the support they get from other Carers.
The Group runs once a month on a Thursday evening (6-8pm) at the Carers Centre.
