Have you had an unfavourable response to your claim for Disability Living Allowance or another state Benefit? If so we would strongly urge you to appeal against the decision.

Oxfordshire Welfare Rights organisation report that in 200 cases that they represented last year, 94% of the decisions were reversed. In the case if Disability Living Allowance the level was 97%. Don't give in if the Benefits Agency tells you that you are not eligible for a Benefit.Yet don't leave it too long either - many of the Benefits require you to appeal within a certain time scale from the decision.
