Support Groups
At the Carers Centre there are two support groups which run during the month they are:
The Lauders Support Group, which is on every third Wednesday of every month between 10am - 12pm. This support group is for all carers to come along to with the chance to meet others in the same situation as themselves for support.
The ADD IT UP support group which is on various days through out the year, for information on specific dates please contact the Carers Centre.
