Carers are wives, husbands, partners, parents, daughters, sons, friends or neighbours who look after a relative or friend of any age who:
- Has a learning disability
If you are looking after a relative or friend at home, yours or theirs, then you are a carer.
Caring for someone is often rewarding but can be demanding and isolating. You may be worried about money or your own health; you may want someone to talk with about your situation or you may need practical or emotional support.
Monday - Thursday 9.30 a.m. - 12.30 p.m. 1.30 p.m. - 4.00 p.m.
Friday 9.30 a.m. - 12.30 p.m. 1.30 p.m. - 3.30 p.m.
