Primary Care Support Worker

A dedicated primary care worker who provides a service from a health centre and acts as liaison with primary care staff

Telephone Support

a regular means of contact with carers to try and ensure ongoing support to especially isolated carers

Young Carers Project

Provides one to one and group support for over 100 young carers, operates a network of 5 fortnightly groups throughout the Borders
