Carers Support Groups

A network of monthly Carers Support Groups throughout the Borders including a specific mental health carers group.

The groups are an opportunity for carers to get together informally over a cup of coffee, provide munual support and a chance to share experiences.

Groups meet in the following places -

Peebles - second Wdnesday of each month in the Corss Keys Hotel, Peebles from 10.30am to 12 noon.

Kelso - Second Thursday of each month in the Mayfield Garden Centre from 2pm to 4pm

Hawick - First Thursday of each month in Burnfoot Community Health Project from 2pm to 4pm

Central Borders - Alternate Wednesdays in the Focus Centre, Galashiels, from 1.30pm to 3pm

Eyemouth - First Wednesday of each month in The Community Centre from 1.30pm to 3pm

Mental Health Carers Group - Third Tuesday of each month in Parkvilla, 69 Galapark, Galashiels, from 7.30pm tp 9pm.
