Staff are available to support and represent Carers in situations such as review meetings.
Staff are able to advise on a range of benefit issues.
South Ayrshire Council has a dedicated Welfare Rights Officer for Carers to which Carers can be referred.
Opportunities exist to access training through various organisations and groups eg. 1st Aid, moving & handling, Dementia awareness, IT training.
Staff are available to assist in the completion of Benefit forms such as Disability Living Allowance, Attendance Allowance, Carers Allowance.

If you are unable to visit the Centre, and would prefer someone to visit you at home, this can easily be arranged.
The Centre provides a comfortable, informal environment where Carers can seek confidential help, information and advice on all Carer issues.
