The Princess Royal Trust Cheshire Carers Centre

Welcome to Cheshire Carers Centre Webpages. We provide information, advice and support to all unpaid Carers across Cheshire.

Part of The Princess Royal Trust for Carers network, our Centre offers a countywide service with offices in Northwich, Macclesfield, Chester and Crewe.

We work with statutory agencies and other voluntary organisations. We are funded by Cheshire East Council, Cheshire West and Chester Council, the Big Lottery and other grant providers.

Cheshire’s Disabled Children’s Database Project works from the Centre (based in Crewe). A Carers of Older People (COPP) project also runs from the Crewe Centre
Our staff also provide administrative support to the Cheshire Young Carers Advisory Group.

The opening hours of the Centre in Northwich are:

Monday: Groups/Courses

Tuesday: Drop-in 10.00 am to 4.00 pm

Wednesday:Appointments and Events only

Thursday: Appointments and Events only

Friday: Drop in 10.00 am to 4.00 pm

The Helpline on 0800 085 0307 is manned between 10.00 am and 4.00 pm from Monday to Friday - messages can be left on the answer machine outside these hours.

Our advice offices in Chester (West Cheshire) and Macclesfield (East Cheshire) are open for Carers to call in on Wednesday mornings from 10.00am until 12.30 pm. Other times are available by appointment.
