Carers Emergency Card (CEC)
The Manchester Carers Emergency Card was introduced to provide the Carers with peace of mind when they are away from the person they care for. In the event of an emergency, the card allows information about the Carers needs, as well as the needs of the person cared for, to be accessed by services that can help.
