"Give us a Hand", New Crisis Assessment and Treatment Service User and Carer Forum

This Forum is for Users and Carers who have been involved with the Mental Health CAT Sevice in North Tyneside. This initial meeting will be to discuss and identify Carer and User involvement in the Crisis Team.

Please contact Paula Edwards (0191 200 1111), the Mental Health Carer Developmen Worker at the Carers' Centre if you want to attend or need more information.

Travel expenses for North Tyneside residents can be reimbursed by the North Tyneside Carers' Centre.
