On Friday August 15, North Tyneside Disability Forum will be holding their second Health and Wellbeing Day. The day long event in Shiremoor will offer activities such as relaxation sessions, Tai Chi, Aromatherapy and Reflexology. Also available will be blood pressure testing and raffles.

Activities start at 10 am at the Shiremoor Centre, Earsdon Road, Shiremoor.
