Outreach Service
Carers Leeds is committed to offering support to Carers all over Leeds and accepts that it is often difficult for Carers to visit our central Leeds office. A Carers Support Worker from the Outreach Service can offer a home visit to Carers who cannot get to central Leeds.
Drop-In sessions are also held in venues across the city – in particular hospital based Drop-In sessions aim to reach Carers prior to the discharge of the person they are caring for.
