A joint initiative between the Carers Centre Tower Hamlets, LBTH Social Services and Tower Hamlets Primary Care Trust has been selected to receive funding to undertake research into the needs of Carers looking after patients with End Stage Heart Failure by the King's Fund, under its Partners for Health in London programme. The project will run from October 2006 for 3 years and will be led by Tower Hamlets Carers Centre.
