Mental Health Carers Support
A pilot Carers Support service funded till end March 2009 by East London NHS Foundation Trust - providing support to carers caring for adults with mental health conditions in Tower Hamlets.
This service has two aims:
1. To provide information, advice, tailored support & advocacy for mental health carers
2. To act as the link between mental health carers registered with the Carers Centre & mental health service providers (both statutory & voluntary) & to ensure that the carers voice is heard in decision-making.
