In a ground breaking move, the London Borough of Tower Hamlets has included local carers in it's concessionary off peak Leisure Card scheme. Carers will now pay the same rate as other low income groups.

To make it even more attractive, eligible carers in Tower Hamlets can apply for a Carers one-off Direct Payment which will cover the full cost of the Leisure Card
