Holistic Massage
Why Holistic?
Because it treats the whole person: physically, emotionally and spiritually.
How can it help?
- By inducing an overall feeling of well-being and relaxation
- By increasing the flow of blood and oxygen, massage helps improve muscle tone
- By improving circulation and helping to release toxins from the system
This service is offered on alternate Tuesday evenings from 5-9pm and costs £5 per session.
