Information Workshops
Carers Lewisham run over the course of a year numerous one day, afternoon or morning workshops for carers on a wide range of topics. For example: Look After Yourself Whilst Caring, coving issues such as stress management and relaxation; Caring for a Young Person with Learning Difficulties; Caring for someone with Mental Health Difficulties; Caring for the over 60s; Caring as a Parent et etc. All our workshops are advertised in our regular Newsletter and all carers are welcome to attend.
