Mike Coker
Chief Executive Officer
With the help of the Management Committee, the C.E.O's role is to develop and manage a) the daily operation ensuring a quality service and b) the strategic planning ie what are our plans for next year and future years.
Whilst developing our work with other organisations in the London Borough of Harrow - partnership working - we endeavour to ensure that services are value for money to our funders by not duplicating the services and activites that may be provided by others. We hold listings of other services and refer to them when their expertise is more than ours - they can help the carer better than we can.
As an organisation the whole team works hard to ensure that carers opinions are listened to, respected and, where we can, passed onto others that have the ability to act upon those opinions.
