Stressbusting for Carers
Subsidised stressbusting sessions are offered to carers at two locations in Bromley on a monthly basis. You can chose from reflexology (hand or feet), Indian head massage or reiki.
Sessions last about 50 minutes and cost £5.
Due to the popularity of these, we cannot offer more than two sessions per person in order to give everyone an opportunity to experience stressbusting.
