Joanna Christophi
Deputy Director
As Deputy Director, Joanna works very closely with the Chief Executive, and is responsible for overseeing all service provision for Young and Adult Carers; ensuring it is delivered to a high standard. She works in partnership with other local organisations in the voluntary and public sectors to ensure Barnet Carers Centre has a high profile reaching as many Carers as possible.
Michael Costello
BYCAS Substance Misuse Officer
Michael works with young carers who experience the effects of and are dealing with substance misuse within the home. He offers one to one support for young carers and provides interventions and support for the family.

Vicky Cran
Schools Liason Officer
Vicky is responsible for building relationships with Barnet's schools to identify and support young carers and siblings within the Borough. she is responsible for the Teacher Awareness Programme and delivering assemblies and other sessions within schools.
Vicky is also responsible for promoting BYCAS activities to teachers and young people as well as contributing to the BYCAS team.

Anna Cymbalist
Mental Health Carers Support & Outreach Officer
To provide comprehensive support, information and advice to mental health carers living or working in the London Borough of Barnet. To raise awareness of carers' issues and the Centre's services.
Mike Diss
GP and Hospital Outreach Manager
Mike works to raise carer awareness among GP surgeries and hospital staff, identifying hidden carers and promoting referrals to the Centre.
James Evans
Adult Physical and Sensory Carers Support and Outreach Officer
James provides information,support and advice to carers of adults with Physical and Sensory impairment who are living in the London Borough of Barnet.
Lia Fletcher
Quality Assurance Assistant
Lia is responsible for overseeing the quality assurance systems at the Centre. Over time, she will look at the policies and procedures of the Centre by ensuring that they are in use and fit for purpose.
Dorota Grzesko
BYCAS Multicultural Officer
Dorota is the Multicultural Support Officer for young carers from an ethnic minority group, in particular Asian/British Asian families, who often may feel isolated and not culturally understood by other young members of the society.
She will be working with young carers on an individual basis as well as encouraging them to use all the BYCAS services.
Geraldine Iweama
Service Coordinator Learning Disabilities

Geraldine works to provide information, support and advice to carers of adults with learning disabilities and to raise awareness within the Borough.
Fiona Jones
Information and Resources Offficer/ Volunteer Coordinator
Fiona is part of the Carers Support Team providing support and information to carers in Barnet. She is responsible for the production,writing and editing of the quarterly newsletter, maintaining and updating the website and providing information to staff, carers and professionals.
Recruiting,training and managing our team of over 80 volunteers is also part of her role.
