Salary: £22,550, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, flexitime system, private health care, pension scheme after qualifying period.

Barnet Carers Centre wish to appoint to a post which will assist in providing services to individuals who care for adults with physical disabilities and sensory impairment on an informal unpaid basis (family/partners/friends) and work alongside health and social care professionals.

Knowledge of physical disabilities, sensory impairment and carers’ issues, the roles of voluntary and statutory services, project management experience and good communication and IT skills are essential. It is also essential that applicants are able to use a car for business purposes. The post is funded until March 2010 and will be based at North Finchley, however it will involve regular outreach work.
