Do you ever need information or advice but don’t know who to ask or how to deal with the problem? Well, help may be at hand!

Barnet Citizens Advice Bureau is starting a free email advice service.

What we will do?

If you are a carer who lives, works or studies in Barnet we will provide you with free email advice and information by email on a wide range of subjects including welfare benefits, debt, housing and employment.

How do I use the service?

Go to our website www.barnetcab.org.uk and click on the link to email advice at the bottom of the page.

Alternatively, go directly to the email advice log in page at
www.barnetcab.org.uk/emailService/index.php

In the username box type: cab

In the password box type: barnet

Then select the type of issue on which you would like advice from the list and complete the enquiry form, ensuring that all boxes marked compulsory are completed.

We will aim to reply substantively to your request within 5 working days. If your question is too complicated to be resolved by email we will make suggestions about other ways you can get help for your problem.
