Black and Asian Carer Support Groups
Held at Northampton Carers Centre on the last Thursday of each month at 11.30am

Practical Help and Emotional Support
Emotional support to carers who are feeling distressed, isolated or unable to cope.

A unique service enabling carers to take a break from their caring role through a diverse programme of events and activities, e.g. support groups, day trips, theatre trips, residential breaks, barbecues...
