Health and Wellbeing Sessions
Coffee morning/drop-in (for all carers): Every Thursday 10.30am - 12pm. Open to all carers for information, support, advice and a break from your caring role.
SAFE group, for parent carers of individuals with challenging behaviour, ADHD, Autistic Spectrum and learning differences): Share your experiences in a friendly family atmosphere.

If you need help on a one to one basis, our information and support telephone line is available; please feel free to contact us on 0161 27 27 27 0 at the following times:
Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays: 10am - 12noon 2pm -4pm
Fridays: 10am - 12noon
If your enquiry requires more in-depth support, we can book you a one-to-one appointment. This is booked in advance and will either be a telephone appointment where we will ring you at a pre-agreed time or a face to face appointment at our centre. We can also advise you of outreach sessions taking place across the city.
Rethink Manchester Carers in Action
Rethink Manchester Carers in Action provides information and a support group for anyone in Manchester who is affected by mental health problems, as a carer or service user. Rethink meetings are held at Manchester Carers Centre every second Wednesday of each month, 6pm - 7.45pm (10th September)
Our services include: Outreach, Young Adult Carers project, Time for Me Fund and Money Matters - please call us on 0161 27 27 27 0 Tuesday to Friday for support.
