City and Hackney Carers' Centre is passionate about supporting carers and helping people to have the best quality of life.
You can support us in our work by joining us as a volunteer, or making a donation, or telling carers about us.
A carer is someone of any age who provides
- unpaid care
- for a partner, family member or friend
- who may be ill, frail, disabled or has a mental health or substance misuse problem
- and who could not manage without this help.
