Ermm Mr Cameron, please come and care for my partner whilst also going out to work, getting up 4 to 5 times a night and be refused dla because although your army accept i have to get him out of bed in a morning and dress him you do not accept that he needs to be got out of bed 4 to 5 times a night to use the toilet - apparently he must grow wings in his sleep and my shopping bags under my eyes must just be an illusion.
