I've just joined and wanted to say a quick hello, I'm not sure what the etiquette is really?

I am 25 and care for my 29 year old hubby, who has ME/CFS, Fibromyalgia, recurrent Diverticulitis, a Hiatus hernia, GORD, an inverted hip, liver problems... the list actually just goes on and a visit to the GP today has resulted in more tests and referrals so no doubt more problems
I wrote most of his problems down in the hope that if someone is delaing with similar conditions they would feel they could write to me if needed?

Anyway, thank you
