Carers Outreach Service is the principal voluntary organisation in this area that provides support to adult carers.
You are a carer if you look after a husband, wife, child, partner, relative or friend who is ill, disabled or elderly and frail.
Carers Outreach Service organises carers meetings, individual support, social groups, training events, self care days, information sessions and outings. We also circulate a free newsletter to registered carers.
