What a fantastic book, well laid out and just enough of the key elements repeated throughout to save having to back track references, but not become over repetitive.

The author has a good sense of humour, but has got the balance just right between the worst case scenario and how to deal with it, and the black humour which comes from life threatening illnesses.

I always thought I was selfish expecting others to wonder how I was coping with all the trauma surrounding my various carees over the years, glad to find in this volume I am not alone, and the author wrote the whole book with that in mind.

The book has already gone to a friend who has her mum`s hardest and final journey to face. I know it will bring comfort and understanding to her in the coming weeks and months.
