meg mackenzie's review of Carers in the City

I never knew there were so many talented writers out there who doubled as carers. I carried this book about with me for three days and dipped into it whilst waiting in queues, for appointments etc.

The stories are just the right length to hold attention but not too long to require a good memory. I have laughed, cried and chuckled inwardly at the writings. Every single one of the carers who contributed has a second career at the ready, in storytelling.
