Luke Clements, a leading expert on UK community care law and the rights of disabled people to social and health care support, joined us in the chat room to answer your questions on social and health care issues and their impact on you.
Luke, a professor at Cardiff Law School and a consultant solicitor specialising in human rights and social exclusion, has written widely, including books on Carers and their Rights - the law relating to carers as well as Community Care and the Law, Disabled Children, the Law and Good Practice and Disabled People and European Human Rights.
